1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate portions of two five foot wide public utility and drainage easements, each being located along the side lot lines of lot 44 within camelot, section three subdivision.

>> good morning, anna bolin, travis county t.n.r. The purpose of this item is so that the easements can be vacated and the property owner can build their house and septic and fence without encroaching into the easements. I know of no objections to this item and i recommend its approval.

>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? Item no. 1?
