Let's call to order the travis county housing finance corporation, only item, consider and taiblg appropriate action on request to approve release of lien on a home down payment assistance loan and reimbursement payment to the texas department of housing and community affairs due to repayment in full of a home down payment assistance loan.
>> and we've received $1,674. That has been deposited in the bank and so i request permission to release the lien and to reimburse those funds to the texas department of housing and community affairs. Because that is what is required in our contract with them.
