15. Consider and take appropriate action on request to distribute fliers with the june 15th payroll checks announcing the travis county/city of austin emancipation day - juneteenth celebration on june 18th, 2010. Your question, mr. Or comments mr. Priest?

>> my comment i was hoping that you all would add texas independence day to this as well. I do consider it being posted with this item because we haven't had this recognized by the court in the past years and i think that -- that i'm opposed to me doing these type of things spending the county money, but if we are going to do it, we should be inclusive and not exclude texas independence day, which this court has done, that's what i had to comment on.

>> yeah, but you are posted for juneteenth and what i'm saying is y'all haven't done that for texas independence day.
