View captioned video.

>> we've come to executive session, right?

>> unless we want to do a-1, but that's an executive session item, isn't it?

>> yeah, a-1 is executive session too. And i don't know whether -- are the lawyers available on a-1? Why don't we hold off on it. Do we have anything on the downtown?

>> we do not --

>> [ inaudible ].

>> 24 and 25?

>> so we don't need 24 or 25. We'll have them back on next week. That's june 8. Do we have an update on 23?

>>

>> [inaudible - no mic]. Why don't we announce 23 -- 22 and 23 just in case we can cover those in 15 minutes. Do you want to do that? Okay. 22 is to consider and take appropriate action regarding lease with housing authority of travis county for space located in north austin. That's the real property exception. Let's also announce consultation with attorney on 22. 23, discuss and take appropriate action on economic development project in precinct 1. -- precinct four. This is posted under the financial incentives -- economic development negotiations part, plus the consultation with attorney. Let's announce that also just in case we need it. So we'll discuss those two items in executive session. And on number a-1, maybe take that up this afternoon. Looks like we will be coming back under the corporations anyway.

>> we've returned from executive session where we discussed one of the two items that we announced and we'll reconvene in executive session this afternoon after taking up the corporations. Move that we recess until 1:30. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

now let's call back to order the voting session of the Travis County Commissioners court.
this morning we started our discussion of item 23.
did we finish it?
is there a reason to call it back up?
then we will not call up 23.
we will call up 22, consider and take appropriate action regarding lease with housing authority of Travis County for space located in north Austin.
this morning we did indicate that we do not need 24, right?

>> yes, sir.

>> and we do not need 25.
and both of those will be back on the court's agenda next Tuesday, June 8th.
we do need item a-1, though.
a-1 is to receive legal advice and take appropriate action regarding request for certain records regarding acquisition of open land in precinct 1.
and that's under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act.
we'll discuss only these two items in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.

>> we returned from executive session where we discussed the two items that we announced, number 22, the matter regarding the housing authority of Travis County lease for space located in north Austin.
move that we approve the proposed lease.

>> second.

>> discussion in.
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
and on a 1, the matter regarding a request for certain records, regarding acquisition of open space in precinct 1, and other matters, we did discuss that with legal.
and got a clear understanding of what we're supposed to do, in my view, no action for court.
except a diligent search for the requested records.
right, legal?
so we'll have it back on the agenda, if we need it in the future.
that does it for the work today.

>> move adjournment.

>> what about 23?

>>

>> [inaudible - no mic]

>> we had our discussion and no action required.
right?
that's on item no.
23, the matter involving an economic development project in precinct 1.

>> correct.

>> no action.

>> no action.

>> move adjournment.

>> second.

>> all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
