We did note that it could be taken into executive session under consultation with attorney in real property exceptions, so let's do so at this time. Mr. Hill will make sure that we are in there appropriately once we start our discussion.

Thirty-three consider and take appropriate action regarding the potential purchase of real estate in central austin, consultation with attorney, exception. Let's announce the real property exception, also. Thirty-four, consider and take appropriate action regarding the potential purchase overalls from travis reality corporation for property located at 700 lavaca street, consultation with attorney and real property exceptions. Thirty-five, consider and take appropriate action on acquisition of approximately 15-acres of land on fisher hollow owned by javier salavar in connection to the balcones conservation plan, real property and consultation with attorney. 36. Consider and take appropriate action regarding selection of and funding mechanisms for purchase of open space land in precinct one, consultation with attorney and attorney exceptions. 37. Receive briefing from retained outside counsel and take appropriate action regarding cause no. A-09-ca-280-ly; j. Adan ballesteros vs. Travis county, texas and bob vann; in the united states district court for the western district of texas, austin division, and respond to any offers to compromis claim, consultation with attorney exception. 38. Consider and take appropriate action on acquisition of approximately 25.0 acres of land on lime creek road, in connection with the balcones canyonlands conservatio plan real estate plus consultation with attorney exceptions. And 39. Receive briefing and take appropriate action regarding director of travis county exposition center, consultation with attorney, plus personnel matters exceptions to the open meetings act. We will discuss these items in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.


>> we have returned from executive session finally where we discussed the following items: 17-b, the request for the core team to have authority to negotiate transition lease terms with tenants at 700 lavaca.
move that we authorize a team to work with the broker, keith zimmerman, so negotiate transitional lease terms with 10 nants at 7:00 lavaca.

we discussed item number 32, the matter involving economic development projects in precinct 1.
we asked staff to gather additional information for us.
we'll have it on the agenda next week in case we do get that information.

33, the matter involving the potential purchase of real estate in central Austin.
we've been told that it probably will be after June 11 before we get responses and maybe counter offers.
but we'll have it on the court's agenda next week, I think they asked for, just in case we need it.
otherwise no action.

item 34 is the matter involving the potential purchase of real estate, namely the 700 lavaca street property that we've been working on for some time now.
we did get additional briefings regarding that property.
in my view no action today.
but we'll have it back on the agenda just in case we need it next week.
35 is the matter involving the purchase of real estate on fisher hollow from javier saldivar in connection with the bccp and the amount of that purchase will be $390,000.
