Consent

The consent items are next. And posted for consent are c 1 through c 5,. Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If anyone would like for us to call any of these separately, please say so as i call out the number of item. Number 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, including the appointment of commissioner huber for the commissioner sale.

>> yeah.

>> 15 a, b, c. We really are just setting -- public hearings there in -- and approving advertising. So that's all of 15, then to number 18, a lot of items, any issues with the budget amendments or transfers.

>> no, judge, pretty straightforward.

>> p.b.o. Wants us to make one change, that is on that little phone chart, monthly fees they indicated -- they had checked two boxes, for $20 a month and $30 a month, they should have only checked the $30 a month box. So not 20 and 30, but only 30. And after making that simple change, everything else in item 18 is as presented. Any issues with that?

>> no.

>> any objection to making that correction?

>> no.

>> okay. Then let's make that correction and include -- include 18 in the con consent motion. Number 19. 20, 21, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, and number 30.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of those items for separate discussion?

>> yes, judge, number 10.
