Item no. 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two five foot public utility easements located along the common lot line of lots 11 and 12, block g of apache shores, section 7 subdivision.

>> the purpose of this item is to vacate these public utility easements so that a house can be built without either the house nor the septic encroaching into the easements. The -- the utility companies were -- were contacted and they do not object to this item or this action and i know of no objections.
