Consent

And posted for consent are c 1 through c 3. C 1, c 2, c 3, let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion, if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as i call out the number of the item. Number 1, 2, 3 a and b, --

>> i have a question about 3 b.

>> 3 b will not be part of the consent motion.

>> hold on. I'm sorry, never mind. I'm good.

>> 3 b is good for consent? Would anyone like to discuss 3 b? Number 4, the refund of a deposit. That is -- that is recommended, right?

>> yes.

>> number 5. Mr.

>> [indiscernible], do you need to lay anything out on 5?

>> no, sir, we -- we have not received any feedback.

>> [indiscernible]

>> okay. Then 5 is recommended as part of the consent motion. Number 6, 7, 8 a and -- 8 we postponed. 9 a and b, as simple as they look? Any issues with 9 a or b? For anybody?

>> huh-uh.

>> then let's recommend that it be part of the consent motion. 10, 11. Ms. Flemming and ms. Moffat, on number 12 we do have other as d. A, b, c are operate straightforward. Anything -- are operate straightforward. Anything that we need to discuss under d?

>> yes.

>> do we need to discuss a, b and c or can we --

>>

>> [inaudible - no mic]

>> okay. Then that's the recommendation, we will came up 12 d. For discussion. Number 13, we discussed this i guess, maybe i was in a meeting with a group of people instead of the court. 13 is pretty basic. It's required by state law and this -- this is us doing it, basically.

>> okay.

>> any questions or issues?

>> we are doing this currently, right?

>> yes, sir.

>> okay.

>> no questions.

>> then that's recommended that 13 be part of the consent motion. And number 15? So we will call up 14. Any issues with 15. No? Okay. Those are the recommendations, would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. With commissioner gomez still recovering. And will miss today's meeting. On the consent items, 17 i'm told there is nothing to discuss. 16 the news is that the other side needs 30 more days. That pretty much it?

>> yes, sir.

>> so should we carry it week to week just in case or --

>> yes.

>> okay.

>> any issues with that? A response to our last communication, they have asked for 30 days. But we'll carry it on the agenda from week to week, just in case we need 16 and 17, is that okay?

>> uh-huh.

>> so we don't need them today. Okay? Then let's call up an item that is always fun for us and that's the cdbg item.
