Citizens communication is first, this gives members of the community to address the court on any matter not on the agenda for up to three minutes. Mandy dealy signed in. Ms. Dealy?
>> judge biscoe, commissioners, i'm mandy dealy. Chairman of the heritage society of austin. On its behalf i want to mention a preliminary word about the travis county central campus master plan. We are pleased to see that the commissioners court is engaged in a comprehensive plan process for its central facilities. We especially appreciate the statement of travis county staff that the plans will be made within the restrictions of the protected capital views. We will follow the planning process with great interest. But we want to express in this early stage our particular concern for the historic heman marian sweatt courthouse and other historic buildings in the area. We are encouraged that laurie lynnbacker has been chosen to serve as the historic preservation consultant in this effort. In addition, we hope that you will also draw upon the resources of the texas historical commission and that you will consider participating in its courthouse restoration program. We urge you to include a lively public dialogue on the historic resources potentially affected by the master plan. Thank you for your attention to this issue and for all your ongoing work to build a great future for our city and county while respecting our valuable heritage. Thank you for your time.
>> thank you, ms. Dealy.
>> thank you, ms. Dealy, appreciate that. That's the one citizen that signed in. Anybody else here on -- who would like to speak under citizen communication, whether you signed in or not? Then the consent items are next.
