Consent
The consent items are next. Posted for consent are c 1 through c 6, c 1 through c 6 and i show those to be ready for action. Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If anyone would like for us to discuss any of these items separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 3, 4 a, b and c,. 5, 6 a and b,. Number 9, that authorization to evaluate alternative systems and bring those back to court for -- for appropriate action. Any problem with the being on consent? 10, mr. Derryberry, were you and the auditor able to get together on that one? Number 10.

They implemented that without a contract, we are back dating the contract to march 1st of this year. 16, 17, 18,. 19 -- any issues with number 20? Then let's add number 20 to the consent motion. And 20ment be the last one -- 20 will be the last one recommended. Would anyone like for us to pull any of these for separate discussion?
