Ms. Porter, does that bring us to executive session?

>> it does.

>> then we have been asked to postpone or pull item 35. That leaves 36. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the potential purchase of real estate in central austin. Consultation with attorney and real property exceptions. 37. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the potential purchase of real estate from travis realty corp. For property located at 700 lavaca street. Consultation with attorney and real property exceptions. And number 38. Discuss and take appropriate action on economic development project in precinct one. And that will be under the economic development negotiations exception to the open meetings act. We will discuss these three items in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.

>> we've returned from executive session. We discussed the three items that we announced, beginning with no. 36, the matter involving the potential real estate in central austin. I move that we approve the proposed amendment no. 1 to the contract for sale and purchase, and is that we authorize the county judge to sign on behalf of the commissioners court.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote.

>> that was no.

>> that was 36.

>> i think 37.

>> 37.

>> we did 37, then, ms. Porter, instead of 36? On 36, no action required today. We did have that discussion and we'll have it back on next week just in case we need it. 37 was that amendment no. 1 regarding the contract for sale and purchase and authorizing a county judge to sign for the commissioners court. That was seconded and we did vote on it, right? And let's just do it again, okay? All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote and it was item no. 37, 700 lavaca street project. We also discussed 38. We gave directions to staff basically in the nature of securing additional information for us so that we could evaluate a proposal on that, and maybe we'll have it on the agenda next week just in case it's ready, unless i learn doing a general setting meeting tomorrow at 1:30 that it's not ready. So we don't -- unless we learn that it's not ready we'll have it on the agenda.

>> okay.

>> how's that?

>> that would be just fine.

>> with that we are done for business today.

>> move adjourned.

>> all in favor? That carries unanimously.
