Citizens communication is next. This item gives residents an opportunities to address the court on any matter not on the agenda. Kenneth sh nighter is first followed by morris preist, followed by ronnie refer seed.
>> kenneth schneider. I'm going to show some pictures of what we live with. That there, you see the difference in the color of the ground. This here is all green. That outage all over the pla is from the sewer when it comes up. It turns green. This is a malthey put in on top of the ground. I have a bucket with a bunch of water. They have to haul the water and put the tank in and a bunch of dirt on top and it's going to run the water out. That is what happens. You look on the side there. You see water coming out of the side of that there mound. That is what they do. I have to show you a house that has water in the backyard too. My house, all it does is shoot the water outside. They might as well put a pump in the tank and pump it out into the ditch. That is where it's going. This here is supposed to be a 400 unit single family homes, right behind us. That is on the race track where they built these apartments. That is what we are living with. That is like a third world country. We are going to eventually using up these here port toilets. That is why we get discriminated against, it's a poor and hispanic neighborhood. We're right in the middle, no monday's lan--man's land. The house i was telling you about being for sale for a year. All of this in front of the house. Who wants to live in a sewer pit in front of the house? It smells all the time. When it rains it's really bad. That is it right there. There is the mound. That is apartments across the street from us. That is what i was talking about. That looks like under that mound you see this here tub, it has water in it. They say they throw water over the dirt, the water will go over the tub, i don't think so. The water going to run into the nearest place, up out of the mound and out into the ditch. There is one of the apartments. This is this, cat i found out in the ditch all foaming at the mouth. A couple hours later he died. Luckily ain't no kids out there foaming out of the mouth and dying. . The guy down the street there has a car lot and he had a cat running in the parking lot and he drinks the water. They took him to the vet and they said they had to put him down. Luckily, they gave him some medicine and got out of it. He came back and now has eight, well, seven or six more lives left. I don't see why woo e have to live like this. Once you have it on the ground, they find something on the ground, they eat it and next thing you know they are sick and dying. Too long going over all this mess. This is the front of the mechanic shop right in the front door. No place to put anything because the building is in the back, they built built it in the back and it's sitting there by the front door and running all through the building. I don't think we should live like that.

>> that is williamson county there. But it's in travis county too. They are going to put a rv park up near our place with a mound like that.

>> thank you, judge, commissioners, speaking on my own behalf. I didant with a to mention the fact there is a campo meeting coming up this may 8. I believe that is the right date. Convention center. I hope everybody is going to attend.

>> that is right, the 10th. Good thing you brought that up, judge. I asked repeatedly this be put on the agenda. If you look at the agenda there's no mention of ut. Many times people come in and if it was on the week prior to the actual agenda item maybe more people would come to the meetings. Also i'd like to see it put on channel 17 as well as channel 6 if there's a way that we could get that done because sometimes the city rebroadcasts this only time one time, usually the morning of the meeting. It would be nice to have that on there more than once. Since it's such an important issue. One of the reasons why i think the tr 4 policy is a dead issue is because look at this, this is a current campo board members of the campo board. And if you look at this pink line here, there's seven people, just seven that have been on the board for any length of time. When you look at most of these, half the board is small jurisdictions, Pflugerville, round rock, even hays county and williamson, they actually only have one person on the court. You have this convoluted process and we see when cap metro and city complains about cap metro not giving them $50 million, we see $26 million appear on the tip. So $26 million is voted in to be given to cap metro and then this is on the back drop of the texas department of transportation. They lost track of $1.1 billion. They are willing to write off $50 million in tolls, fines, fees, to get pee to--people to pay and has only seven percent clients. They had even less compliance. Down to capital speaking about driver responsibility practice and we see on the agenda about counter feet inspections. We see the same thing in the enron accounting where one agency writes off 50 million, an agencies that lost track of 1.1 billion, another agency comes in supplies this other agency with funding, 26 million through a tip, then at the same time the city has to reach in its revenue to pull out $13 million to build these projects that they were banking on cap metro to pay them. Then we have this pass through financing that the county is doing. So basically it's just really an inept process and i would like to have gotten more time to explain why it's dead. We see when we see our elected officials voting through things like pass through financing, i'm sure the board is not going to vote against the project. Thank you.

Today in afghanistan our troops are sacrificing guarding those poppy plants for you guess it, our preferred organized crime drug thugs, instead of allowing the taliban to enforce they are effective ban on poppy farming as they have in the past. U.s. Rules afghan drug production has ec plolded by over 1200 percent, 12 times as much, people. Good old geraldo hit the fan last week because they cannot pretend. Our own geraldo has smeered his hogwash on this war stopping story. Rejoice, it's over.
