Item number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate four five-foot wide public utility easements on either side of the common lot lines between lots 692 and 693 and lots 693 and 694, and a 15-foot wide drainage easement centered along the common lot line of lots 693 and 694, all being apache shores subdivision.

>> anna bowen tn r. The purpose of this request is so that the property dweller can build a dwelling across the three lot lines. Do that they are requesting to vacate the public utility easements and drainage ease am. The utility providers have indicated they not need the easements in that location and the applicant's engineering provided us information about the drainage easement, that it was all right to be vacated, and our engineers reviewed that and they agree. I know of no opposition to this and i recommend it.
