Agenda item number 3. Receive comments on proposed street name assignment for a private easement to be known as bobby road off sparks road in presynched one. This will be action number 16.

>> good morning, steve manila with the transportation natural resources department. This is one of our capital improvements programs in precinct 4 mckinney falls parkway.

>> no, this is bobby road.

>> got it.

>> you're moving too fast for u.

>> all right. I'm sorry.

>> that is the next one.

>> all right. This is a private easement. Typically we give names to private ease mentsto facilitate emergency responses. With proviso that we do not maintain the road or provide any services that would assign as such. And so the owners typically come up with a name. Bobby road is the name offered. The purpose of this public hearing is to determine whether or not this is an acceptable name.

>> do we have any citizens here to give testimony?

>> move--

>> i have one question. Is bobby a namesake? Do we know? A great name.

>> move the public hearing be closed if we don't have citizens coming up.
