Okay, public hearing item number one of receive comments regarding request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate one five-foot public utility ease ment located along the west lot line of cardinal hills estate.

>> good morning, anna bowen, travis county tn r. The purpose of this request is to vacate a five-foot public ew filttilt easement at the western lot line in cardinal hills unit 15 so that in the future the owner can build a fence and not have it encroach into the easement. We do not have an issue with this and neither do the utility companies. We do not have a permit application in yet for such fence but there has been drainage concerns in the area in the past. As we would with any permit application, we will look very carefully to be sure and see that any new activity doesn't have an adverse impact on the drainage. But we recommend this motion.
