>>My morning strategy of discussing 19 this morning and then coming out and discussing 16 kind of fell through, so let's just announce all of the executive session items and discuss them. 17 is to receive legal briefing and take appropriate action regarding authority for constables to perform law enforcement duties. 17 really is closely connected to a-1 that we just discussed. 17 is consultation with attorney exception. 18, we've been asked to postpone maria godinez, a, but we'll take b into executive session, consider an take appropriate action concerning settlement offers regarding payment for starflight services rendered to the following: only b, raymond johnson, consultation with attorney. 19, consider and take appropriate action regarding the potential purchase of real estate from travis county realty corporation for property located at 700 lavaca street. Consultation with attorney and real property exceptions. And 20, consider and take appropriate action regarding the potential purchase of real estate in central austin. Consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act. I recommend or estimate that it will take us anywhere from 40 to 60 minutes to discuss these items.
We did not discuss item no. 17. We discussed a 1 instead and we previously mentioned our intention to have that back on the agenda next week. 18 a we did not discuss. We did discuss 18 b. The matter involving raymond johnson. I move that we offer to settle this claim for a lump sum payment of the outstanding balance, half of the 4,399.50.
