Citizens communication is first and this item gives residents an opportunity to address the court on any matter on the agenda for up to three minutes. Kenneth schneider has signed in. He will be the first speaker. Maurice preist second and ronnie refer seed third.

>> kenneth schneider, about ten miles down the road. I'm hoping to get all the press out there soon so they can see the water in the ditches and everything. We didn't have too much rain lately and everything. But the corridor up there is something. It has the water right in the front door about this deep. We need sewer out there so bad. All we got to do is get the county to put in the paperwork in so we can get started with it. Meek told me he is ready to go and he has to get everything set up with y'all, y'all have to ask for it. It is just getting harder and harder to come up here like this and everything. Especially the condition me and my wife is in right here. Should not be colonial ten miles down the road here, and building all around us, everybody got sewer but us. Our land ain't worth nothing, i can't get what i paid for it 30 years ago, what i paid for my profitment --property. They come out and say it's a crespool. If we had outbreak, i garn guarantee somebody would wake up. It's going to come. Maybe not in my lifetime. Even with the waterlines the meter is in two feet of sewer. When it rains you can sit in the yard and see the water gets perking up there. I mean all the ditch is all green. It ain't ice tee going down them ditches of it's going right into travis county and the city of austin. Any house, businesses down that road, the apartment house sitting out there, the meter is sitting in the front yard of the apartment houses all full of water, and all going downhill. Don't go uphill. All downhill. Right into the city of austin. Not round rock, into austin. When the outbreak hits they are going to say schneider must know what he is talking about. I don't understand we don't have no press to do a story on anything. I done before i used to call them but they not so many come in like they used to. A couple weeks i'll be at the city council, goggoing back up there to see what what is going on. All you all have do is throw the wrench inel pile --in the pile and see what needs to be done. Just like dan did. I know y'all can do it and i know the judge can do it. He done it for me once and he can do it again. I shouldn't have to be here. This has gone through 1980, so many commissioners and judges and the county. Trying to get something done. Even through the city. This just isn't called for. This is human services. Human services ought to come before anything. Even if the county there's come up with the money to put it in. Wasn't no grants. This problem ought to be fixed one way or another. Thank you.

>> thank you mr. Schneider. Mr. Priest.

>> judge, commissioners, maurice priest speaking on my own barfment i did get a chance to talk with peggy venerable with the americans for prosperity when she whereas at the tea party as well as many other organizations out there. She said the message is, november is coming. There were actually liberal people out there as well. We had some putting out fliers that wanted the city of austin to let the voters vote on this water project and they had some council members to call. They were pretty upset about the fact that the mistake on the lake was going ahead. Trerp pretty upset with that whole agenda. Of course legal reformists at the rally and we talked about wickrd versus fill burn. Quit a bit of information. No government by indirect shun. A lot of issues discussed along with null if i case. Basically--null fy case. It was basically not about holding government accountable, more along the lines if we each and every one took personal responsibilities we wouldn't have to consider these matters. Pretty much a conservative christian prolife approach, also a freedom approach. Most of the people there were strict constitutionalists. They discussed quite a bit about the 10th amendment nulli if, i--null if i case. And of course dilen showed up with his a k. That was fun, but it wasn't loaded. Other things going on at capitol. Our tea party lady was dress inned texas flag and the wana be tea party lady was dressed in american flag. Still a great event. I met poky from the trailer park and richard from kazi and we were going to do an interview friday but things didn't work out. But wishing him and those folks well. There were a lot of people there basically discussing why we are such a prosperous nation. Basically rooted on the values and priest of principles--basis of principles, we had the organization 9-12, new revolution now and americans for prosperity, get out of our house was there. Probably about a baker's dozen groups. The only two groups that were there that had a table there but there was nobody present at any of the tables was the libertarian party and rick perry's table. Those two tables were fairly empty. But it was really think we're going to see change and i think that even at calmpo level we see tr 4 policy is already dead on arrival. Last time i think the only three people that supported it, there's only one left. That seems to be an issue that we'll see quite a bit about in the upcoming months. Thank you.

>> thank you, mr. Priest. Mr. Referseed.

>> thank you. This one works? Testing.

>> we hear you fine.

>> thank you, i'm ronnie referseed. Saying kids, don't kiss off child who the because you are going to miss it. Don't rush it with addictive nasty cigarettes that shorten your lives and those of everyone around you. Don't rush it with violence inducing alcohol. Makes babies retarded. And deep off the grass. It's the wrong crowd. Criminals. Speaking of criminals, headline, cheney, rumsfeld, told investigators to white watch 9-11. Hmm, i won'ter why. Because 9-11 was an inside-outside job, an evil scheme to false flag and fuel the entire u.s. Public, most of us, to waste the blood and treasure of u.s. Troops to server sigh zionist israel . Just like iran. Now we are supposed to sacrifice brave troops for w 36789, that is what it means. The final nail in the coffin of when the world economy completely dissolves because the kooks keep on killinging people. For pure hog with a. No threat to us about you about you we are --but we still killing them. So called president barack obamaan is leaving 50,000 u.s. Troops permanently stationed in iraq and that is occupation, people. We would not put up with that. Why should they? The u.n, another headline, diplomat says afghan president is a drug addict. That is right. Also karzani's brother runs the drug thugs. We keep sacrificing our own brave troops protecting that family of drug thugs, the longest war we have ever been involved with. Or we could try absolute freedom for farmers. To grow hemp, marijuana. Imagine help preserve our topsoil and thus u.s. Family farms to feed our hungry planet, set free all nonviolent offenders, fill the same jails with bangster criminals, illegal aliens being let off free for drunk driving. We can't afford it. We need instead a healthy ec in i with absolute freedom for farmers to grow hemp to take unhold millions from organized crime thugs and give it to the farmers. A win win situation. Headline, cia reveals foreign intrigue in the okc bombing. The judge ruling pointed to cia involvement, ie, foreign intrigue. Thus the okc bombing 15 years ago was also clearly an inside-outside job just like 9-11. News for american free press, the truth is coming out and these tradders are am could k down. Speaking of traders, call the mayor and city council today to demand that i have the same right to speak as anybody else. To learn more, info words.com, ron paul.org. And yesterday was a money bam bomb. Ran paul 2010.com. Thank you so much.

>> thank you, mr. Refer seed. Those that have signed in to speak on the citizens communication.
