We may need to go to executive session on those items afternoon call up these two when we get back.
from my office when we go into executive session, my guess is it will take us 45 minutes to an hour, at least, so if we can notify those parties of that, it would help.
in executive session we will discuss item number 19, revise language, receive state required racial profiling report for calendar year 2009 from Travis County constable precinct 3 and Travis County constable precinct 4, under the consultation with legal counsel with exception to open meetings act.

receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action concerning whether to file suit to recover damages to a county-owned guardrail against the following: robert lopez; and daniel vences and/or olga hernandez.

receive briefing from the county attorney and take appropriate action in the matter of Travis County v.
flint hills resources, l.p.
and koch pipeline co., l.p.

consider and take appropriate action regarding request from the city of Austin to extend the purchase and sale agreement by 60 days for the sale of county-owned land off fm 96 in east Austin.

We have come to executive session, mr.
hilly and I read all of the items previously.

move we reject the offer.

we were at $4,000 and the request here is for 3600.
up from 3500.

28 is the matter involving the brokerage services agreement with ugl equi corporation.
move that we approve the proposed agreement, conditioned but the corporation agreeing with the terms and condition set forth therein.
we understand that contract is either headed to them or with them and should be returned to Travis County in a matter of days.
this motion would authorize the county judge to go ahead and sign the contract on behalf of Travis County.
i guess we can get the signed document to equis expedited.
