The consent items are next.
and posted for consent are c1 through c6.
c1-c6.
any issues with those?
let's car adding following items to the content motion.
this is a long list that I will recommend, but if anyone wants us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out number of the item.
number 2.

>> judge.

>> yes.

>>

>> [indiscernible] the order of

>> [indiscernible]

>> all right.
do you want to see if we vote on this to sign that order.
we will do that for you, ms.
Eckhardt.
okay we will pull a3, and bring it back next week and the rest of 3 is recommended for consent, okay.
all of number 4, so 4a, b, c, number 6 number 79, 9 is in the amount of $4,600.588s.
ten, 11, in the amount of $25,000.
, number 12, the item we had a public hearing on a few minutes ago, 13 in the amount of $2,318.
; 14, $2,287.44s.
fifteen has a whole lot of words but it is straightforward.

>> no, judge, it is

>> [indiscernible]

>> I recommend that we include 15a and b.

>> the funding agreement, yes, sir.

>> and the consent motion.

>> pretty straightforward.

>> okay, number 16.
seventeen.
we postponed 18 already, 19.

>> I have a question about 19.

>> okay.
do we need to get one of the constables down?
or legal or what?

>> I have a question about standardization reporting.
i am quite not sure exactly how that would --

>> that is a good point.

>>

>> [indiscernible] into it because we get different information from different --

>> and I received an e-mail yesterday.
i think the standard has changed that is really controlled by the state law.

>> well, the two that were in here are different today.

>> all we do is just receive them.
we go through the formality of receiving them because the law requires it.

>> shouldn't they be presented equally if they mr.
standardized at the state level -- if they are standardized at the state level.

>> not if we receive them.
we don't evaluate or critique them, do we?

>> it complies with law.
it is required by law, it has to be submitted to us.

>> should we ask jim connolly?
if we need legal opinion -- my understanding is that we don't evaluate them.
we just formally receive them, what that means is if someone wants to see one of them, that will be part of the clerk's records and we will manage that show on a certain day on the conditions the court received them.
but we will put it up.
i guess we need to know who to get here.
should we get somebody from legal?

>> probably.

>> barbara wilson's --

>> probably will be able to clarify that.

>> or jim connolly.

>> jim connolly in executive session can tell us what the legal standard.

>> okay.
we will take it into executive session, then.
do we want a constable to come down?

>> I don't think so.

>> this is constable for 3 and 4.

>> I don't think so.

>> I don't think so, it is just format.

>> yeah.

>> for jim connolly's benefit, I think the e-mail regarding changes to this form came from stasis suits.
i believe yesterday it may have come Friday, Friday or yesterday.
so you may want to give stacy a call and see what that is about and the gad news, mr.
connolly is that we will reach executive session this morning.
number 20, on consent, that's the deputies and the dogs going to training.

>> uh-huh.

>> any issues with that?

>> no.

>> twenty-one, that money comes from the district attorney's budget, 22; 23 is another one of those formally receiving deals so we basically just acknowledge receipt of the intention to put that on the ballot by emergency services district number 6 of the.

>> move approval of consent items.

>> second the motion.
would anybody like to pull any of these for discussion, other than 19, which we will call out separately in executive session.

>> should we consider a1 for consent as well?

>> yes, a1 seemed to be.

>> I think a1 will probably need a little record on that, I think but should be pretty straightforward.
on the consent motion, all in favor?
this passes by unanimous vote.
