Good evening, we are back from executive session.

>> [indiscernible] and st.
david's are willing to consider a last minute compromise that might be acceptable to both of them and Travis County.
and we decided to postpone this item for further consideration and action until 2 weeks from today and that is the --

>> the 13th.

>> April 13th.
and that's item number 10.
we did not discuss item no.

>> second.
discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
27 we discussed the matter involving -- involving strickland and others versus Travis County and the city of Austin.
we have been negotiating a settlement of this matter for several weeks.
and I'm happy to say that we have a copy of an agreed settlement agreement, along pretty much the terms that we have discussed and this has been signed by mr. Strickland, iii, himself.
I move that we approve the proposed settlement agreement and authorize the county judge to sign on behalf of the Commissioners court.

>> all right, discussion?

that passes by unanimous vote.
including Commissioner Huber who is headed this way.
b of 28 was aubree ledbetter.

31 we did have a meaningful discussion of contract terms on that and I think that we have discussed the terms sufficiently to have a final draft document next week.

>> uh-huh.
and on 33, we did get a briefing from staff and received a lot of information that we need to mull over, have it back on in a week or two weeks?

>> let's give it two weeks, judge.
I think there's enough information to keep us busy for a little bit.
let's go with two weeks.
