>> item 4.

>> item number 4.
consider and take appropriate action on cop shun of an order authorizing publication of notice of intent to issue certificates of obligations.

>> good afternoon, judge, Commissioners.

>> good afternoon.

>> the order before you includes all of the projects that we had previously discussed and the additional projects that were recommended.
this is the first stem, I should say, in process of going through the sale which is scheduled to take place in may with proceeds coming in in June.
our financial adviser and bond counselor here to answer own questions you might have.
i also have some detail if you would like to go through any specifics.
we can do that as well.

>> questions.
this is all pretty standard stuff.
right?

>> yes, I believe glen can explain the notice of publication, a legal we have to publish for 30 days.

>> correct, judge, it's standard fare.
the order to authorize the publication of the notice that has to be publicish willed once --once a week two consecutive weeks for the tentative date authorizing the debt.
the projects are as we visited with both the county and previewed with the ag's office the form of the notice.
so glad to answer any questions.

>> where have we been publish is the notice of intent?
statesman?
chronicle?

>> statesman.

>> okay.
questions?
if we would change that order, if we vote some sort of change later in meeting ig we can do that.

>> if you wanted to change the project mix laid out in the order, you would have to revisit and essentially modify and readopt this order if.
if you want to add to the amount of money in here, the amount of the bond proceeds or add a project purpose different than set for the in the order as exists now, if you adopted now you would have to come back and readopt another order.

>> shall we resist after executive session?

>> judge, along that line, if that were the case, fan that second adoption or the adoption of notice was beyond today, then we would not be anible to make the may 4 sale date.

>> okay then why don't we hold off on this until the end of today's meeting.
we'll take action today.

>> okay.

>> thank you, judge.

>> unless there is objection, that.
that means we'll take it up after executive session.
that may be 4:30 or 5:00 today.
we know you all work short orders so we don't expect you all to be down here with us.
we will het you know the outcome.
how is that?

>> thank you, judge.

>> ms.
porter, if you would remind us to call this item back up after executive session.
without objection, as they say at the state.
we have a few tnr items.

Number 4 was a matter involving, consider and take appropriate action of adoption of an order -- I move that we -- the proposed order, I

>> [indiscernible]

>> anything in addition?
discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
and ms. Portedder says that we are done for -- porter says that we are done for the day.

>> move adjournment.

>> all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
