Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding proposed street name assignment for a private easement to be known as aviation drive off the state highway 130 south of cameron road in precinct 1.

i'm from tnr public works.
we received a request from the owners of the birds nest airport now known as aviation airport, to assign a name to an access road toe that facility.
purpose being that they cannot get utility service extended to their property without having a name assigned to the street.
we have used our typical process for notifying the joint property owners and we received no comments against it as we submitted or sent out six notices.
four came back approving of the name.
two did not respond.
so we'd recommend that the name be assigned as aviation parkway.
aviation drive, excuse me.

>> would anyone like to give testimony during the public hearing?
