>> number 33, consider and take appropriate action on request from soul tree collective, Austin urban music fest for assistance with security during this year's event.
for the last few years we have basically authorized the sheriff's office and constable to assist them with our commitment that if they ran out of money before the end of the fiscal year we would assist.
so a similar request has come.
this event is early April.
and, you know, rather than just authorizing them to do it indefinitely, we kind of have been doing it annually.
so that's this request.
they have been coordinating with a.p.d., constable's office, sheriff's office to try to provide security as required.
and I told them to kind of be on standby and just in case there were questions -- actually, I told them I thought we might get to this item this afternoon, but we're here earlier.
we can get them here if we have questions.
