let's call the Travis County housing finance corporation, capital industrial development corporation, Travis County cultural educations facilities finance corporation.
one is to take appropriate action on request to approve representation letter to be provided by lackart, afterly and associates llp regarding fiscal year 2009 annual financial audit.

and this is the letter that we are asked to sign each year representing that we have given the auditors all the information and all relevant financial data has been disclosed to them.
and I do represent that that has been the case.

>> the invoice is for $3,612.
it represents 60 percent of the audit bill, which is $6,020.
the prior 40% has already been paid, and it's allocated among the four corporations based on their ending fund balance as of 9:30 '09.
>> and those amounts are set out specifically in attachment a?
