Consent items are next.
posted for consent are 1 through c 5.
any questions on any of those?
let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
if anyone would like for us to discuss any of those separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item.
yes, ms.
joe?

>> judge, on c 5 we need to substitute.
we have revised the notice provision regarding chapter 26.
i'll pass out a revised.
i'm passing out a revised copy of the notice.
they are just copies for members of the court.

>> did you give one to the clerk?

>> what is the difference between this one and the one that is on the agenda?

>> the one that I just passed out, I think includes all the elements that are required by chapter 26 of the Texas parks and wildlife code regarding a hearing about use of park land.

>> do we need to repost this next week?

>> I don't think you need to repost it.
this is just what will be used as the notice.
so until you approve the notice it won't be posted.

>> is there an issue with resetting for next week?

>> in terms of me saying, I think there's a need for advertising for I think 30 days before we have the hearing.
that would push back the time line.

>> okay, this agenda wording or is this just backup?

>> that is part of the backup.

>> okay.
we will accept this backup.
in terms of setting the hearing, the hearing will still be set for April 13, 2010.
okay.
any questions about that?
thank you, ms.
joe.
number 4 is recommended for consent.
5 a and b.
89--8, 9, 10 a and b.
that is $75,000 apparently we budgeted in the 08 budget.
yo said of the 15,000 mentioned in the backup, that may be necessary in the future.
tnr will be able to cover that in its budget.

>> you will deal with the $15,000 issue that the backup raises.
of thank you, joe.
number 11.
12.
then to 17.
18 a and b and c and d.
all of 18.

>> I have a question.
i need more info on part d on how to convey.
does this state how to do that?

>> okay, 18 d, you're asking for more information.

>> on how to take part myself.

>> we'll have to give you a telephone number to call and get as much information as you need, mr.
referseed.

>> okay, thanks.

>> all of 18.
21.
22 a and b.
i think that is the last one.
with anyone like for us to pull any of those for separate discussion?
all in favor of the motion.
that passes by unanimous vote.
