Travis County Commissioners Court

March 9, 2010,
Item 16

View captioned video.

Is there an open court part of 16?
16, consider and take appropriate action on requested debt issuance schedule and funding for fiscal year 2010 capital projects.
we indicate here that this will be -- probably will be taken under -- into executive session under consultation with attorney.
and the real property exceptions to the open meetings act.

>> good morning.

>> is there an open court part?

>> yes, sir.

>> the only thing for open court is the addition last week.
the rest is still related to executive session.
unless there's any further discussion for regarding what has already been presented, we'll be happy to go over it again.
otherwise it's the discretion of the court.

>>

>> questions?

>> would you riept that?
the only portion of this farce open court is concerned is what now?

>> there was a motion made and I believe it was unanimously approved last week to move 4.8 million from -- I believe it was proposition 2 of the 2005 voter approved bonds from the 2011 issuance over to the 2010 issuance.
and that is included.

>> all right.
and that was done?

>> yes, sir.

>> we moved on that the last time?

>> yes, sir.

>> so that's the only portion that you are referring to as far as open court?

>> that is the only change that was directed and that has been included in the revisions that you have before you today.
so everything else is as discussed last week.

>> okay.
laddd, anything from you?

>> judge, I'm just here as a resource on any questions you may have about the issuance and timing.
we're on a schedule that we've worked on before with the pbo and the auditor's office about a sale around may fourth.
that gives us plenty of time to handle whatever it is you decide to do.

>> okay.
we'll take this item into executive session when we go.
under the real estate and consultation with attorney exceptions.

>> okay.

>> thank you.

>> joe, can we cover 7-a in four minutes?
iksz I can.

>> let's see.
