The consent items are next.

>> judge.

>> yes.

>> (inaudible)

>> let's make that change on c 4 March 27 and 28.
today we're voting on public hearing on March 16 to discuss the road clear you're.
okay----closure.
we'll make the change to c 4.
1, 2357 --2357 are ready for action as worded.
let's have those four as part of a consent motion and consider adding the following items.
number 3.

>> judge.

>> yes.

>> I was trying to come to the hearing about my neighborhood.
has that already happened?

>> not yet.
what item is that?

>> about vacating, I really don't even understand what that is.
it's my neighborhood and I wanted to you are sure that I heard what was going on to change any regulations about the way things are built.

>> why don't you do this for us.
right through that door, anna bolen.
if you go through that door and the next set of doors.

>> there she is.

>> can you tell us what item she is here on?

>> I want to come to the hearing about my neighborhood.

>> number one.

>> we will hold off on number 3.
number 4.
5.
6.
7.
number 8 is a lot of grant items.
a-h.
any discussion of any of them?.

>> I'd like to make a comment about item under 8.

>> which one?.

>> sorry?

>> which one?

>> the comment I had really applies to at least two of them.
probably all of them actually.
we're talking about the criminal justice division.

>> why don't you come forward right new and give us your comments.

>> all right.
as you all may or may not note I'm ronnie reefer seed, a long time activist for freedom from farmers.
i appreciate the great work from our criminal justice system generally speaking, that is the sheriffs department in particular.
and all this stuff about how, all these various things, the grants that are talked about needing to be filled.
i'm not arguing with the need for moan more money necessarily but trying to make a point we can all safe lots of money if all we did is just legalize farming like it was with the founding of our nation.
it would save so much money in useless criminal justice expenditures.
this whole thing, a for veterans for nonviolent misdemeanor defendants.
now, how many nonviolent marijuana people are rotting in jail right now.
i'm glad to see that they are want to go take an extra program about what I suspect that is who they are aiming at here and all these other ones, justice, accelerated prosecution problem, therapeutic services.
all this money could be saved if we would just grant to our citizens who happen to be farmers the freedom to grow whatever crop they can get money for and can help finance their family operations.
because we need to save family farms.
instead we are second phasing.
they are evaporating every day.
farms all over this country just disappearing, going into the pockets of big corporations.
and it's doing no good for nobody.
that is my basic point about this.
it's another reason why we have to get together, everybody, whether you ever smoked pot or you hate people who smoke pot.
it's still not killing people on the freeways like alcohol does and there's such thing as fetal marijuana syndrome.
whereas fetal alcohol (audio difficulty)

>> I recommend we include 8 a-h in the consent motion.
number 9.
10.
11, 12, 13.
14.

>> one question about nine.
i recalled that, was mr.
mansure going giver a report?

>> they will give that report next week.

>> move approval.

>> they are working with united healthcare and several others to get though that done.
14 was the last item recommended.
and any issues with a 2?

>> no.

>> out of state travel up to $1500.
then let's add a 2.
would anyone like us to pull any of these for separate discussion?
all in favor.
that passes by unanimous vote.
