March 2, 2010,
Citizens Communication
Citizens communication is next.
this item gives residents an opportunity to address the court on any matter not on the agenda for up to three minutes.
kenneth snider has signed in as our first speaker.
he will be followed by ronnie refer seed, followed by morris priest.
>> good morning.
>> good morning.
>> I do appreciate getting the order in.
i wish dan smith was here.
he said he was going to work on getting the sewer in there.
we need it so bad.
it's a cess pool right now, all this inra.
we need a sewer real bad.
trying to find out putting in through the grass.
yesterday, they were talking about wanting to do a story with all the problems with the county we have been having trying to get help out there.
that will probably be going on pretty soon.
he is talking about face bookand I don't know who else he is going to put a story on there.
we need to get something done.
i'm tired of waiting.
i don't think I'm going to be here much longer.
i'd like to see the sewer go in but I don't think I'll live enough to see it.
in and out of the hospital, it's a health risk.
we do have clean water as long as we don't break a line and have sewer run down in it.
there's so much sewer running down the street you wouldn't believe.
it's just not healthy for nobody.
i think it's time to get the grants going.
i'm going to be up here every week until I see something going on.
we got no choice in the matter.
just got to be fixed.
it's been going on for 40 years I've been out there.
have you heard anything about the grants and what is going on?
>> no, sir, I have not.
now are we talking about one street or talking about all of the streets?
>> the whole neighborhood is a cess pool.
>> okay.
we will see what we can do.
>> okay.
like I said, this has gone on long enough, I do believe.
and I don't hate to be on t v.
talking about pictures up on the internet and everything.
really looks bad.
i thought it would be off by now but it's still on over the internet.
now he is talking about wanting to do a live story on it.
next thing they will probably make a movie out of it.
might be like that there, what is that there, outbreak?.
might make a move like that and everything.
i guess it's because we ain't got started because we ain't had no outbreak.
but we just got out of the hospital, in and out.
i know it's a health risk for this kind of stuff.
a lot of people sick and lot of people died.
eddy brown, her husband had a stroke a while back.
it's time to get something done out there.
think we need to get it pretty quick.
thank you very much.
>> thank you, mr.
schneider.
mr.
referseed.
>> okey dokey.
all right.
well, as you know, my name is ronnie refer seed.
be sure to vote for deborah medina.
with free info for kids, life is short, your childhood is gone before you know I it.
sherrish and protect it.
the moment you start imnatting us, so-called grown up with cigarettes, alcohol or drugs, you cancel your own freedom from adult problems.
for nothing.
belief me, you will sorely miss your carefree life as a kid once it is gone.
don't waste it.
meanwhile, we adults are foolishly spoiling our best chance to help safe our world from evil death and destruction with denial, pretending real problems don't exist only make them more difficult to solve.
for example, many of us so-called adults believe the hogwash that self serving silly sounding slogans justify lazy delusions like I'm not a big on the because I voted for a so-called african american.
sorry, charlie, we're all bigots.
the key is facing that reality and dealing with it.
face it.
big other--bigotry is a human invention.
i believe our own big tris how and why all other near human honinids have been made exting.
guess what, we are next.
elitism is another word for it.
it is the range now promote bid our very own zionist controlled media.
in order to sell more weapons to kill more people ethno centric big tris used to promote the evil of warfare, sexism and agism, to justify the evil of abortion.
we adults certainly assert our own power and so-called superior di by ceeling those inconvenient defensely babies in the unborn.
western women have been trained to equate their own power and ability with their ability to kill their own ladies.
no, ladies, there is never a justifiable execution to kill your own baby.
abortions are a key component of the truly evil scheme to kill our own humanity.
many of those of us aware of our own ongoing spasm as a human population on our garden planet also realize that abortion is not the answer.
because it only teaches and just short term selfishness no matter what.
vote today for deborah med ina.
and info wars online, american free press.knit, call toll free for weekly updates from dr.
paul.
of course, 888-699-news to subscribe to american free press.
thank you so much.
>> thank you.
if you are holding sign in slip number 3, now it's time for you.
our fourth speaker, number 4 is morris priest.
>> thank you, just, Commissioners.
today is Texas independence day.
programs underway at Texas state cemetery, celebration in the capitol at noon.
events all week.
parade Saturday at 9:30 down congress avenue and Sunday at the capitol, the alamo defenders will be there at noon.
check with the statesman for all the free efforts.
how is that hope and change going for you?
we know it's election day in the republic so don't delay, vote republican today in the primary.
if you must vote democrat, we do have a couple of great candidates, william gammon for judge, and ranualverez.
there was appointed special purpose district aim at approving accountability and transparency with walt related district.
on February 17 the city environmental board took up item 4 b, a txi hornsby bend quory issue.
appears the water attorneys agree with me and others who opposed graphel mine, surface water no longer considered groundwater by whatever means.
it become surface water through excavation or natural causes or artificial causes.
so I want to encourage everybody to get active in their community.
i know that last night there was a program on cnn about managed lanes.
people have been discussing for years, I wrote a report years ago and there was a report that followed up that report on cnn last night about synchronizing our traffic lights to reduce congestion by up to 20 percent, as well as designing intersections different than we're designing them now.
now we are tolling all these fly offers, two at 290 and 183 and on cameron road on sh 130.
i hope that people will get active in their community, engage the representatives down at the capitol.
when I don't get positive results from the county or city, I frequently go to the capitol and there seems to be a movement underway to address some of these issues such as txi and the gravel mine.
i have this document from the city that shows breaches on the colorado river and things that should have been addressed by officials whether locally or statewide.
i think a lot of items were overlooked in the discussion at county level as well as the city.
it does appear some of the things that many of the citizens that worked so hard on that issue are starting to be addressed.
many Austin water attorneys agree with some of the statements that we made when it comes to when water is on the surface, it's not a groundwater issue.
thank you.
>> thank you, mr.
priest.
paula vena?.
>> good morning, Commissioners.
>> good morning.
>> the reality of our existence, and in which judge Biscoe participated last night, was a real kick no the nose for blacks and chi canos.
the panel hailed from new york.
michigan, atlanta, california, pennsylvania, et cetera, in a brutal confirmation that local employment is not a concern, which is their interpretation of economic prosperity.
even when there is a 25 percent unemployment rate where I live.
i saw you wall owing in the price.
black fellow ncid event.
the guy went as far as restricting free expression.
he forgot that in the '60s it took several mallings to keep the privilege.
you have the drama from kastarfan and entertainment would not compromise the charade.
in education I told you about the revised lurking in the dark, keeping chicanos and blacks to open up for whites.
the black teacher twisting the rules for this to happen in exchange for his name to be placed on a building?
slave trade was indeed the biggest crime.
but no dutch or span yard were chasing negros.
it was other negros doing the chasing for a profit.
kind of what letso, linder, scott, hamilton, dukes and others do.
in employment, the police department are total stranges every time.
and the university of Texas is a monopoly for Austinites working in servitude positions.
then you show up in horrible crime statistics piling high but you keep sty lent about rising crime rate among judges, firefighters, teachers, priests, prosecutorsrs sheriff deputies, et cetera.
it's fair to say your name in spanish means crooked eyes.
when a black person is elected we expect good conscience to influence the job.
but so many people don't know, some of you have to pay allegiance to have access to the duties in government.
and that is why your forums will not work beyond the roman circus.
in your next forum, please make sure you address job displacement, encroachment, and impugn ty, then compromise.
thank you.
>> thank you.
mr.
pena.
>> and lucia.
>> thank you, sir.
>> good morning, judge, Commissioners.
gus pena.

my dad served in w 16789--1, may he rest in peace.
of course, lucio, I fear for his safety now.
she going to be 18.
i want him to serve his country but I don't want anything to happen to him.
anyway, vote today.
it is important to vote for elected officials that will bring positive change to our city, county, state, government, whatever.
and the reason I say this is because we need change right now.
i request everybody, if my name means anything to anybody out there, anything that I have advocated for in the past 27 years, I'm older than that.
my dad brought activism from crystal city.
i recognize what he did.
mexican american politics started in crystal city.
he brought that over here in 1920.
he was born in 1898, make I he rest in peace.
dropout rate, to work on that.
mentors and too torse are needed to keep the kids inen a learn the subject matter.
unemployment, judges and Commissioners, the unemployment rate is higher than claimed to be.
city council is giving incentive tor companies to relocate to Austin.
make sure the jobs are high paying jobs that people, don't have middle class make sure people that need jobs hired for those positions not just special interest people.
vote today.
alvarez, Commissioner.
lucio was born in east Austin, native also.
i feel we need change.
i'm not going to slam dunk anybody but we need change in environment, job creation, healthcare, benefit, road infrastructure, education, dropout very important, combat the rate.
reelect judge herb evans, an outstanding job working with parents of kids dropped out or chronic truancy.
reelect judge Biscoe, you're a good leader.
i believe strongly you have done a good job.
continue to reelect judge Biscoe.
i want to acknowledge Ron Davis, precinct one.
some of my family lives in your precinct.
you are an aggressive Commissioner for not only constituents but throughout the account.
i appreciate your passion.
i know it's, sometimes you remind me of me.
so strong, dedicated and compassion at.
judge, I hold you in high respect and put you in the same class.
we need change.
we need help for the people, the poor and needy.
a society's worth is measured by treatment of the less fortunate.
god bless you all.
vote today.
thank you judge and Commissioners.
keep up the good work.
>> thank you, that does its for citizens communication.
