number 1, public hearing to receiving comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate eighty-five foot public utility easements located along the common lot lines of lots 2357, lots 3 and 36, lots 36 and 37, and lots 37 and 2, block 5, with lots 2 and 3 being within Austin lake estates, section one subdivision and lots 36 and 37 being within Austin lakes esstates, section three subdivision.
move the public hearing be open.

that passes by unanimous vote.

>> the purpose of this item is to vacate these easements because there are encroachments, improvements that are encroaching into the easements.
the utility companies were notified.
nobody objected to the ease am release.
and I know of no objections.
so we rex this item--recommend this item.
