we'll discuss these items in executive session.
but will return to open court before taking any action.

I move that we offer to sell these two tracts, these two tracts to lcra for the sum of $78,779.

also, if that settlement offer is approved, then authorize tnr to take the proceeds of sale and deposit them in a tnr department 49 account.
so that the money may be used for other open space projects.
