>> [indiscernible] programs, for one appraisal and three inspections of properties that are going to be receiving nsb assistance.
the total amount of the invoice is $650.
staff has reviewed the invoice and recommends approval.

>> the program came down from h.u.d., actually tied to legislation that was passed in June of 2008.
the idea is to help stabilize the neighborhoods facing high rates of foreclosure, provides down payment assistance for households below 50% and below 08% of the area median income -- 80% of the area median income.

it outlines the guidelines and income requirements for the program.
alsoer we are doing this through the Texas department of housing you and community affair, based on our constant interaction with the state, we are one of the communities that are actually very far along in actually closing some of these programs.
we are definitely the front runner or on the leading knowledge.
