consider and take appropriate action on reimbursement resolution related to fiscal year 2010 certificates of obligation.

that reimbursement resolution includes for project 1, approximately $2 million, that covers the -- the costs associated with -- with the earnest money.
it little covers the costs associated with the due diligence funding and it provides some -- some funding for any -- any unknowns that might come as a result of due diligence prior to closing on 700 7 -- project lavaca.
project number 2, that $750,000, the third is the 7.2 for the helicopter that was approved earlier today.
upon approval of this, should the court approve this, we can get the county auditor to certify those funds and make those funds available to cover any cost that's we might have.
