Number one is public hearing to receive comments or requests to authorize filing of instrument to vacate a 2.038 acre portion of 14.6 acre drainage easement as recorded in document number 2006006334 of the real property records of Texas.

our engineers have looked at this vacation request and we know of no problems with this being replaced by right-of-way.
