Now let's call back to order the voting session of the Travis County Commissioners court.
we covered all of our open session items this morning.
we have three executive session items to discuss this afternoon.
beginning with 25.
consider and take appropriate action on acquisition of approximately 264 acres of land owned by new life international in connection with balcones canyonlands con investigation .
this will be in consultation with attorney and real property exceptions is to open meeting k a.
26, consider and to appropriate action regarding the purchase of real estate along airport boulevard, consultation with attorney and real property exceptions.
and 27, consider and take appropriate action regarding requests from the city of Austin to extend the purchase and sale agreement by 60 days for the sale of county owned land off fm 969 in east Austin.
and this will be under the skull--consultation with attorney and real property exceptions also.
we will discuss these three items but return to open court before taking any action..

i move we approve the purchase and sale agreement that is propose in the separate lease agreement with the specific terms outliped for us by legal.

27 solves a request from city of Austin to extend the purchase and sale agreement by 60 days.
i move we approve the request and extend the purchase and sale agreement to April 12, 2010.
