they provide its, technical, consulting services to us.
they have consulted on various i.t.
projects for us.
at this time we're asking, the auditor's office is asking that we modify it for $64,000.
that's not to exceed.
to help us with the fit project.
they're going to be attending some of the demonstrations, some of the technical, real i.t., technical issues, also looking at overall costs to the system.
so we're asking at this time to modify that contract for a knot to exceed amount of $64,000.

we've used it for different i.t.
projects.
we come back to the court each time and modify it just so you will know the specific project that we're working on.
and this work is specific to the be fit project.
