Item number 1 is a public hearing to receiving comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two five foot public utility easements located along common lot line of lots 28 and 29 block l, apache shores, section 5 subdivision.

the purpose of this proposed vacation is so the owner can build a single family residence and install a septic system without getting into the easements.
like with any of these agenda requests, we contact the utility companies.
there's no need for these easements to remain.
i know of no objection to this item.

>> my name is nancy suther land, the owner of lot 31, adjacentant to the lot on the proposal today lot 29.
there is another intervening lot.
my concern today is whether the vacation will affect the boundary lines or the construction will affect the lot that I own a mobile home on, whether debris will be pushed onto that property, which is on a grade down hill facing a ravine.
this property is on osage point as well.
i'm here today to ask questions mainly, to find out.
