good morning.

getting my chair swated.
i'm danny hobby to my left danny lee.
we were here several weeks ago and wanted to go back and respond to some questions raised during discussion here at the court, as well as be ready to assist any particular organization that might call us in regards to our proposed fee schedule revision.
so this morning we want to bring back for your consideration the approval of the fee schedule.
basically respond to any remaining question is that you might have.
you should in your backup see memo from me that updates where we are.
then also some questions that we just went ahead and tried the respond to that would clarify some of the questions being raised.

did we get responses from the public?

>> yes, sir, I received calls from two organizations, a local home builders association, and the real estate commission, and provided the information to them explained to them what we were doing.
the main question was what was going to be different.
went over that with the, really the only one that had any questions about that was the real estate people.
went over that with them and explained the new fees on systems and why we needed those and provided that information to them and have not heard back from them since.
