11 is to consider and take appropriate action on request from quinceaneras magazine for a modified fee for use of the exposition center banquet hall on January 31.

so the hall will be showcased during that event, as well as they will do all of the photography and layout of the hall and take the pictures for the ad, which they will be giving us in return for the 50% discount.
so basically a photo shoot as well.
