Number one is to introduce interim director of the human resources management department.

as directed by the Commissioners court a while back, you asked the organizational planning team seated here to conduct a search for interim human nrresources director for the human 5aresous n Travis County county.
and that search nihas been completed and we are very pleased and excited to introduce to you the interim human resources director.
her name is tracy callway.
she comes to us from hrq, inc.
she will be with us for six months.
as you can see by her resume, she has broad experience as human resources professional.
in addition to taking a leadership position in hrmd, we have asked as part of her work for next six months to do specific things as well, such as update eeoc policy, do a gap analysis of hrmd, assist in the recruitment and hire of the permanent human resources director, and finally to help us update our policies and procedures to comport with current statutes.
we're excited to so her and very excited to introduce her to the Commissioners court.
