11 is to approve contract ward for b 100047 dr, residential roof repair replacement services to the following, a primary, cgs construction, b, secondary soft water, key maintenance lc, and c, tertiary valdez remodeling and weatherization inc.

any questions for that -- what staff did was indicate these vendors and say basically let's contract with all three, and the order that they're listed on the agenda item is the order based on low to high bidder, right, or the lowest amount first, second lowest and third lowest?

>> [indiscernible] we would call a primary contractor, and if he couldn't do the work, then we'd go to secondary, and if the first and second couldn't do the work, then we would go to the third.
and this also -- I missed the beginning, but this also is separate from our aura grant weatherization.
you will see, I believe, next week, the interlocal, that we have the city -- we're working with the city to do those as joint procurements.
so those will be separate contracts.
this is just to handle our weatherization program that we've been doing for years and years.
