Number 2 is receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate the 10 foot public utility easement located along the rear lot lines of lots 37, 38, 42, 52, 53, 55-65, 67, 68, 71, 73-77, 108, 121, 124 and 125 of cardinal hills, unit three subdivision.

the purpose of this vacation can is to really move the -- or get rid of the utility easements that are no longer needed because the utility placed in the front of each lot line and therefore the rear lot line utility easements were unnecessary, we have notified the utility companies and haven't heard any need to have the utility easements remain and we have had questions from the neighbors and to my knowledge, once they received information, there is no objections to this item.
would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
