Corporations
Now, let's call to order several corporations, the Travis County health facilities corporation, capital industrial development corporation, capital health facilities development corporation, Travis County development authority, and if Travis County cultural education facilities finance corporation, one item common to all five corporations and that is, consider and take appropriate action on request to elect officers of the corporations.
>> move that we keep the existing officers.

>> motion and seconded.
we approve the current slate of officers and that is the list we read a few minutes ago and ms.
porter does not need me to read that list again, right?

all those in favor?
this passes by unanimous vote.
>> move adjourn.

carries by unanimous vote, also.
now, the court in motion, we are out of here.
