Executive Session

executive session to discuss
our one posted item, 28,
consider and take
appropriate action regarding
a contract between Travis
county and the star of texas
rodeo.
and this discussion will
take place under the
consultation with attorney,
and the real property
exceptions to the open
meetings act.
we will return to open court
before taking any action.

discussed the only item
posted, the matter involving
the proposed contract
between Travis county and
star of texas rodeo.
we did chat with staff about
additional ideas to discuss
with the star of texas
rodeo, so I think staff can
do that and we'll have this
matter back on the court's
agenda next tuesday.
hopefully to execute an
appropriate agreement.
and convey to the
representatives of the star
of texas rodeo our
appreciation of their
working with us to try to
tie these loosens.

voting session.
