16 is consider and take appropriate action on items related to the program year to it consolidated annual performance evaluation report by the community development block grant provided by the u.s.
department of housing and urban development.
a, receive notification that no comments were received during the public comment period; b, approval the final draft of the report; and c, approve submission to the u.s.
department of housing and urban development.

the county received the fund from the how us and urban development.
by December 30th of that same year, we are required to provide an annual report based on what what we did during the program year.
the court has seen this item several times.
this is the last action related to the annual report for the court.
there was a 15-day public comment period that occurred on December 2nd through December 16th.
after the court approved the draft version on December 1st.
since that date, we have received -- or during the public comment period, we received no public comments either at the public hearing held here on December 8th or in writing through the e-mail or regular mail.
so as a result, we have no comments to add to the report.
the only changes that have been made since y'all last approved the draft were to provide edits for readability, clarity and also there were some map errors on a couple of charts.
so we are requesting that the court approve the final draft so we can submit it to h.u.d.
on time by December 30th.
