Commissioner Davis, on the debt model that we've been talking about, do you want to hear that today?
>> we don't necessarily have to, I think at this point.

they said they have briefed us individually, but we'll call it up next week.

with that, with will postpone the briefing and consideration of the debt capacity and future cash flow assumptions, the debt model, which is item number 26.
