on the program years 2006 through 2009 action plans, and b, approval the final draft of Travis County substantial amendments to the program years 2006-2009 action plans.
>> good morning, christy moffett.
on November 10th, Commissioners court approved the draft of the substantial amendment to the 2006-2009 action plans.
this amendment centered aren't reprogramming half a million dollars from infrastructure support to land acquisition for affordable housing development as well as a variety of program design changes to projects that had currently been approved by the court in the past.
so as a result, we were required to hold a 30-day public comment period that went from November 11th and ended on December 10th.
and we also had one public hearing on November 24th.
during that 30-day public comment period and during the public hearing, we received only one comment.
that occurred here at the Commissioners court during the public hearing.
that comment was to request clarification on the rationale behind moving the money from infrastructure support to land acquisition, which we were able to respond to that directly at the time of the public hearing.
so staff is requesting that the Commissioners court approve that comment and with that approval of that comment also accept the final document in its draft -- or in its final form so that we can begin to move and make the changes necessary to implement the projects with the changes.
