2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding detention basin and water quality control inspection and maintenance amendments to Travis County code chapter/title 30, joint Travis County/city of Austin subdivision code for the extraterritorial jurisdiction.

>> we discussed this item on November 17th and laid it out somewhat.
after that time when we set the public hearing, we put notification in the Austin american-statesman and we also posted notice of the hearing and appear link to the proposed -- and a link to the proposed code amendment on the Travis County website.
i did get a couple of questions.
people just wanting to know what we were doing.
some requests to have the code sent to them, but I have heard of no objections to this -- to this item.
