Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding the following requests.
a, thowrs the filing of an instrument to vacate four public utility easements located on lot k of mcdett estate, the resubdivision of lot 6 and 7, block c of aqua verde subdivision; and b, authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate all public utility easements located on lots 5, 6 and 7, block c of aqua verde subdivision.

the purpose of these vacations of these public utility easements is so that someone who owns all three lots can build the house on the lots without having the house be impacted by the easements.
this meets our requirements and staff knows of no objection to this vacation.
