>> I'm here again to get your consideration and appropriate action on a new program, Travis County wheels, to accept the donated items and to add the items into our asset inventory.
this program is a very good program for Travis County to encourage employees to use a bicycle instead of a county vehicle and to improve their health by riding a bicycle.
this is also an opportunity for Travis County to be an example for other businesses to follow and enact their own similar programs as well.
i'm available to answer any questions that you may have.
>> do we have -- there she is.
>> I think the only remaining issue was the waiver.
>> the waiver, I think, and the attorneys I think were working on that and they were going to have some -- some -- some -- some
>> [indiscernible] proposals.
>> yes.
and I -- I think that you all might want to talk about that in executive session.
>> oh, okay.
>> we do have some --
>> okay.
>> that we can review and discuss.
>> that's all that I need to hear from them.
so probably need to go into executive session and then we'll deal with this later.
>> all right.
when we go into executive session, looks like it will be this afternoon by the way.
we will carry this item in there with us.
all right.
