33, consider and take appropriate action regarding the potential purchase of real estate in central Austin.

11, the Travis County wheels program, we did discuss the -- the two or three issues outstanding.
the release, the disclaimer, et cetera.
and after that discussion we realized that we need to do a little additional work on that draft.
so it should be back before us, should we say next Tuesday?

and they did shorten the draft that we had before us this morning.
but I move approval of the proposed draft.

i move that we accept the offer to satisfy outstanding indebtedly by her paying half the balance in the amount of $605.82.

i move that we approve the proposed lease agreement with the options contained therein.

on that one, Commissioner, we just had that discussion, various requests from members of the court, including you.
we will have a follow-up discussion next week.

so no action today other than indicate our intention to have it back on the court's agenda next Tuesday.
